ZOW Zaragoza, the furniture components and interior design exhibition due to take place in Spain next month, has been cancelled 10 days before it was due to open.
The last-minute decision to postpone until May 2010 was taken to spare exhibitors’ costs and visitors’ expenses, the organisers said.
“We finally reached this decision after some intense discussions with Spanish market players in the last few days. Nobody is expecting the market to recover before the second half of 2010,” said managing director Miguel Angel Bonilla.
