One of the defendants in the long-running Wickes fraud trial has been discharged for legal reasons.
The departure of Leslie Rosenthal, former buying director for Wickes Building Supplies, leaves former Wickes chairman and chief executive Henry Sweetbaum and past senior executives Trefor Llewellyn and Terence Carson still facing charges of fraudulent trading and making false statements between January 1994 and June 1996.
