Weyerhaeuser has appointed Daniel Fulton as president and chief executive officer.
He has been president since the start of the year and assumes the role of CEO from Steven Rogel, who remains as chairman in a non-executive role.
Mr Fulton, who joined Weyerhaeuser in 1975, was previously president and CEO of Weyerhaeuser Real Estate Company.
