Björn Wahlroos has been re-elected as chairman of UPM-Kymmene Corporation’s board of directors. Berndt Brunow has been re-elected as deputy chairman.
In addition, the board appointed an Audit Committee from among its members, with Karl Grotenfelt as chairman, and Wendy Lane and Veli-Matti Reinikkala as members. A Human Resources Committee was appointed with Berndt Brunow as chairman, and Ursula Ranin and Robert Routs as members. Furthermore, a Nomination and Corporate Governance Committee was appointed, with Björn Wahlroos as chairman and Matti Alahuhta and Karl Grotenfelt as members.
