Sessions included the Southern Forest Products Association’s (SFPA) director of treated markets Richard Kleiner speaking on “Specifying treated southern pine for marine applications”.
Steve Bean, SFPA vice-president for marketing, talked on “Designing for permanence”, which was about solving moisture problems.
Between sessions, visitors browsed the Southern Pine Council‘s literature display, which included its Lumber Library CD.
A total of four wood solution fairs have been held in 2006.
