One of the Netherlands’ largest timber merchants, Van Drimmelen, has taken delivery of new Bulmor sideloaders.

The company, based near Rotterdam, now has a fleet of six Bulmor electric sideloaders and six fourway-sideloaders handling timber.

Van Drimmen said it chose fourway sideloaders to best utilise its storage space by enabling it to increase storage density instead of adding more premises.

The company also uses the Bulmors to handle specialist prefabricated building components.

Austria-based Bulmor said it was looking to phase in the Bulmor name increasingly in its international operations, which include the brands Lancer, Baumann, Jumbo and Irion.
