UPM is to reduce production after completing negotiations with staff.
The company will impose planned rationalisation measures at Aureskoski and Lappeenranta in Finland, and at Pestovo in Russia.
Three people will be laid off temporarily at the further processing mill in Aureskoski, 11 at Kaukas sawmill in Lappeenranta and 34 people at Pestovo.
The length of the curtailments will vary up to a maximum of 90 days.
