The proposed restructuring of forest company Unifôret Incorporated will go ahead after a Montreal court dismissed a complaint by creditors.
The restructuring of Unifôret, under bankruptcy protection since April 2001, was agreed by most creditors last year but subsequently delayed by a group of US note-holders who took the court action.
