TJI joists from Trus Joist‘s Silent Floor System have been specified for a prestige development at Ingress Park, Greenhithe, Kent.
The TJI joists will be supplied by Silent Floor System master dealer Travis Perkins.
The Crest Nicholson Residential development will see approximately 1,000 units built in eight phases. TJI joists have so far been specified for the first four phases – a total of approximately 300 units.
