Forestry Commission chairman Sir Peter Hutchison is to speak at a conference in Aberdeen on October 24 to highlight Treefest Scotland 2002 – a programme of events to celebrate Scotland’s forest heritage, to include the World Logging Championships in Lockerbie next September.
