Travis Perkins has today opened its 600th branch in the UK.
The Epsom branch, on Longmead Industrial Estate, is an “important milestone” for the company according to group trade marketing director Linda Doughty, and underlines the company’s commitment to “focusing on our trade customers and delivering what they need”.
“The new Travis Perkins branch in Epsom is a significant development for the building and construction market in the area and I am delighted that we are able to extend our business to trade customers,” said Chris Larkin, regional director.
Travis Perkins has made a number of acquisitions and investments in recent months as it looks to expand its trade offering, including a 30% share in Toolstation Ltd and opening its third eco-centre in Leamington Spa.
