National timber and building materials supplier Travis Perkins has been named Supplier of the Year at the Housing Excellence Awards.
Travis Perkins’ managed services division won the award for its work to supply social housing projects and their contractors, including material management, storage and repair and maintenance.
The awards, which are organised by the Northern, Midlands and Southern Housing magazines, recognise the best companies operating across the housing market.
“We have been involved with the social housing sector for a number of years, and work closely with our customers in order to continually improve our service offering for the sector,” said Damion Rothner, sales manager of the division.
“We feel that our commitment is reflected by this award and the recognition is testament to the hard work and dedication of the team.”
Buildbase, JTC Kitchens and Moores Furniture were also shortlisted for the Supplier of the Year award.
