Following a management buyout just a year ago, Torwood has won contracts with both private and affordable housing developers to the tune of £14m.
Private developers include Bellway Homes, The Walker Group, Fairclough Homes, Countryside Properties and David Mclean Homes.
The Bellway Homes contract is the first Torwood supply and erect agreement in the UK and the completion date has been brought forward by two months.
New contracts have also been signed with affordable housing market developers Rydon Construction, Leadbitter Construction, Linden Homes and Geoffrey Osborne.
The growth has seen the creation of seven new positions within the company which has factories in Ipswich and Livingston, Scotland.
