Iroko and aluminium benches have been made by furniture maker Luke Hughes & Company Ltd to help Glasgow residents enjoy the famous Doulton Fountain.
Covent Garden-based Luke Hughes supplied four benches to be sited around the fountain, the world’s largest terracotta fountain, in the city’s oldest park – Glasgow Green.
The company’s phased contract with Glasgow City Council has involved the supply of Cello benches and bins, designed by Wales & Wales, over the past four years.
