The Timber Packaging and Pallet Confederation (TIMCON) has announced an agreement that will allow its members to take advantage of PalletLink‘s technical support services.
The deal will see PalletLink, a UK-based advisory association for the pallet and packaging industry, offer advice on “all technical aspects of pallets and packaging” to Timcon members, including manufacturers, suppliers and end users.
“By arranging members access to the exceptional specialist services offered by PalletLink, we are further strengthening our ability to justifiably claim a world class package for our members,” said Timcon president John Dye.
“We really feel that we can help drive the use of timber pallets forward,”” said John Harvey, PalletLink director.
“Our expertise in this field has led to our having a central role in the setting of standards for organisations such as the British Standards Institute.”
