Otherwise known as the National Australia Bank building in Melbourne, the National@Docklands was the 2005 winner of the Royal Australian Institute of National Interiors award, with the use of timber in the project highlighted as an example of how wood can provide sustainable building solutions.
As such, organisers of the Australian Timber Design Awards have stated that the venue is an ideal location to host the 2007 presentation and will be further inspiration to those specifying timber in the built environment.
