Elliptical American black walnut handrails have provided the finishing touch to an exclusive apartment development in London.
Haldane (UK) Ltd supplied the handrails, which were created to appear seamless from top to bottom, in conjunction with architectural stair designer Bisca, which supplied glass balustrading and treads.
This required Haldane to use five-axis CNC machining technology to create the rails, which end with a horizontal straight rail on the atrium area.
