Stirling-based Tilhill Economic Forestry is shutting five of its district offices in a cost-saving exercise.
Dunoon, Castle Douglas, Moffat, Sauchen and Alnwick will all close, leaving four district offices in Scotland, eight in England and two in Wales which, the £20m turnover forest management company says, are all ‘strategically located operational business units’.
