The European Panel Federation (EPF) and the Wilhelm-Klauditz-Institute (WKI) are organising a major new technical conference for the wood-based panels sector in September 2004.
Due to take place in Hanover on September 15-17, the theme of the fourth European Wood Based Panels Symposium will be “Reduction of production costs – adding value through innovative technologies and quality improvement”.
The organisers say the event is intended to serve as a forum for the wood based panels industries, their suppliers, customers and researchers.
The EPF and WKI are now calling for papers that complement the conference themes of market trends and new products; raw material – supply, availability and logistics; advanced production technologies; improvement of quality.
