An Edinburgh residential scheme which reflects a new approach to social housing has been supplied with about 7,500m2 of engineered flooring by Tarkett Sommer Ltd.

The scheme, comprising 100 homes and managed by West Granton Housing Co-operative, is described as “innovative” by Tarkett for featuring a strong specification, including high security doors and stylish fixtures, as well as the wooden flooring. The three-layer 10mm oak and birch floors have been fitted in all rooms bar kitchens and bathrooms.
