London’s first Canadian Super E energy-efficient timber frame homes will be launched in Maida Vale.
The three courtyard houses feature a clean air filtration system designed to maintain the highest levels of indoor air quality, even in a busy city such as London.
The development, to be launched on October 29, is the result of a partnership between Ashford-based Super E builder Eco Concept Ltd and its Canadian-based partner Interhabs UK.
The two companies are currently in discussions with a developer about a possible 400-home project in Derby.
Ian Collins, managing director of Eco Concept, said he believed if Super E was used on a high density development it would change the UK housing market.
