The mill processed 100,000m³ of wood, realising an operating profit of CZK200m (£4.8m). About 60% of output is sold in the Czech Republic, up from 10% eight years ago.
Stora Enso employs 300 people at the mill in Zdirec nad Doubravou, and also operates another sawmill in Plana, western Bohemia.
