The Stewart Milne Group has appointed Troy Felts to the newly-created position of group director of operations.
Mr Felts will work across all divisions to develop new working practices, with significant emphasis on modern methods of construction and skills training. He will also be responsible for developing group standard operating procedures. With the company’s expansion into England, he will support new divisions to help provide Stewart Milne’s established level of service.
Mr Felts was previously divisional operations manager with Kier Residential and prior to that he was group health and safety director at Bovis.
