Thermally-modified Stellac Wood has been used to externally clad an office tower in Mexico.
Stellac Wood, produced by Stellac Wood Mikkeli in Finland, was specified to soften the appearance of the building while providing a high performance finish with low maintenance. Planed boards measuring 32x75mm were supplied with rounded arrises.
The privately-owned offices in Guadalahara will be rented to clients.
