Following the launch of the STEICOdesign and STEICOplus Software, STEICO Ltd has appointed Martin Twamley to further expand the design team in the UK.
Mr Twamley has more than 10 years’ experience of designing structures using engineered wood products from both the distributor and manufacturer’s perspectives. In recent years he has been providing a specialist design service for I-joist distributors and regional and national housebuilders.
STEICO Ltd managing director Mark Wilson said that with the recent changes in the I-joist market, it was vital that the company could provide confidence on its technical offering to potential distributors and end consumers. “Martin’s appointment together with the launch of our software, will strengthen this confidence,” he said.
