The business operates from a 5.5-acre distribution centre and timber mill, in St Leonards-on-Sea, East Sussex.
IBMG, which is headquartered in Polegate, Sussex, has 39 branches operating from the Midlands to the south-east, with combined revenues of £180m and more than 750 employees.
