Palgrave Brown‘s quick turnaround of large and unusual trussed rafters has cut roof labour costs by a third at an office development in Altham.
The Rochdale branch of Palgrave Brown designed, manufactured and delivered the bespoke roofing solution to the Glen Mill Group’s build project in just three weeks.
The early delivery enabled the builder to crane the trusses up in its preferred order. The installation took just one day, cutting the joiners’ time by a third.
Palgrave Brown’s design incorporates integrated glulam hip boards to cover the 10m spans.
