Following Carlos Bianchi de Aguiar’s resignation as CEO of Sonae Indústria, the board of directors has implemented an interim management structure with two CEOs.
Rui Correia has been appointed as president of the executive committee and João Paulo Pinto as vice-president of the executive committee. They will have joint responsibility for the leadership and management of the company.
Mr Bianchi de Aguiar will continue to work for Sonae.
