Ten members of the workshop team at bespoke kitchen maker Smallbone of Devizes have received long service awards.
Each of the recipients – Tim Hutchins, Jason Briggs, Ken Ponting, Gordon Dunford, Mick Meadows, Leo Caplan, John Blows, Terry Newman, Tim Wolf and Howard Higgins – has been with Smallbone for 25 years or more, several having joined the company as trainees.
They were each presented with a luxury watch, a certificate and a £1,000 bonus.
“Their dedication and skill lie at the heart of Smallbone’s unique and beautiful products, which are famous all over the world,” said Leo Caplan, owner and CEO of parent company Canburg.
“It’s not so much a job as a calling and we are proud to celebrate both their decades of loyalty and their remarkable capabilities.”
