On the same day that Harrison Logistics went into liquidation Swedish shipping line Siowells Rederi filed for bankruptcy. Receivers are running the line and a new operator, with whom negotiations are at an advanced stage, is expected to take over next week.
A spokesperson for Siowells Rederi in Sweden said business had been ‘difficult over a period of time’.
