Silentnight‘s £23m bid for furniture and fabrics manufacturer Cornwell Parker has been accepted by shareholders.
The company won an 88% controlling interest in Cornwell Parker last week following the launch of the offer on October 13.
The deal brings Silentnight some of the strongest brands in the furniture market including Parker Knoll and Nathan.
