Properties in the London borough of Westminster have undergone window maintenance using Akzo Nobel‘s Sikkens range of wood coatings.
Three blocks in Erasmus Street, which belong to the Millbank Estate, had their windows coated wth Rubbol Satura and Rubbol AZ. A white finish was specified for a neat and uniform visual appearance.
The buildings, Reynolds, Hogarth and Gainsborough Houses, have a cyclical maintenance period of between seven and 10 years. A further 15 blocks within the Millbank Estate are also expected to need exterior maintenance work.
