Wood energy and second-hand equipment are to be key parts of FOREXPO 2008, the European forest and silvestri exhibition.
Second-hand equipment will debut at the show in order “to bring a concrete solution to the exhibitors, who are confronted with the need to develop this kind of market at the European level”, said organisers.
The use of wood as a renewable energy source will be demonstrated from the forest to the furnace, with discussions focusing on the sustainable development and strategic diversification of sources.
FOREXPO will take place at the Technopole Montesquieu in Martillac, near Bordeaux, on June 11-13.
