Mr Robinson, who joined Sewstern as production manager in 1987, has helped grow the company from employing only four, to 24 today and operates the largest kilning service to the UK trade.
Asked if he had retirement in mind, Mr Robinson said his intention was to stay at the company for another 25 years.
To mark his anniversary he was presented with a crystal decanter by managing director Andy Lodowski and former managing director David Brooker at a ceremony attended by Sewstern sawmill employees.
