Timber door manufacturer Sentry Doors has won a Chartered Institute of Building (CIB) award for products including FSC-certified Secured by Design doorsets.
The Doncaster-based company picked up the Product Manufacturer Award at the CIB’s Celebrating Construction in South Yorkshire Awards 2009.
Sentry Door’s John Smith said the company’s PAS 23/24 Secured by Design timber doorset is designed to run alongside its existing composite range.
“Sentry’s product development programme and commitment to innovative design have seen the company become the UK’s largest manufacturer of stile and rail timber doors in less than four years,” said event organiser Nicky Senior.
The company has invested £1m in its business within the past three years.
