Timber frame home manufacturer Scotframe Timber Engineering Ltd has opened a new sales office and showroom in Dundee to help improve its customer service.
The Dundee Technology Park centre is to service the company’s self-build and trade customers across central Scotland, including those in Fife, Dundee, Perthshire, Sterling, Argyll, Bute, Dumbartonshire and Angus.
This will enable Scotframe to provide a better service to its customers, according to commercial manager Sandy Farquhar, who is also heading up the workforce at the site.
“It is of prime importance to us that customers feel we are on hand to provide our expertise, guidance and support when and where they need it,” said Ms Farquhar.
“Our improved Dundee facility, I hope demonstrates our commitment to maintaining and enhancing the level of service that our customers have come to expect from us, whilst giving them the opportunity to physically examine and select from our extensive range of products,” she said.
