The provisional seminar programme for ScotBuild 2004, to be held at Glasgow’s SECC on November 2-4, has been announced.

From recycled products in building and off-site construction, through to improved health and safety skills and sash window repair, day one features seminars for those interested in the building and construction industry.

A key attraction on day two will be the Shelter Scotland debate entitled “Planning Reform: community justice or charter for NIMBYism”.

Day three will provide an opportunity to listen to some of the industry’s key figures on topics including value management and off-site construction.
