Students studying construction-related subjects could benefit from a £20,000 scholarship fund set up by the Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB).
A number of CIOB scholarships will be awarded throughout 2004 to students who have shown potential in the early part of their studies.
The scholarships will be usable at any CIOB accredited university or educational institution for students of any construction related discipline at Bachelors or taught Masters level, leading to the award of a university degree.
Students who qualify for a scholarship will have to agree to undertake a major piece of work during their final year which will be submitted to the CIOB for possible publication.
