Press belt manufacturer Sandvik Process Systems has appointed Jörg Kaufmann to the position of global product manager for the wood-based panels market, with responsibility for all regions except Asia and Turkey.
Mr Kaufmann has been with Sandvik since the mid-1990s and is currently belt sales manager and key account manager in Germany, a role that he will retain alongside this new position.
He will work closely with Johan Sjögren, who has overall responsibility for Sandvik Process Systems’ belt business across all industry sectors and is based at the company’s headquarters in Sandviken, Sweden.
