Idaman Unggul Bhd is linking up with subsidiary Idris Hydraulic (M) Bhd and SBBS Consortium Bhd in a logging and timber processing joint venture in Sabah.
Idaman holds a state government forest management licence in two areas of Keningau measuring 234,030ha.
SBBS will be the main logging contractor in the venture which will also undertake sawmill operations, marketing and downstream activities.
