Södra is reducing the price of saw logs due to the ongoing high level of wood supply.
A review of sawlog prices has resulted in local price reductions of SKr20-30 per m³ (solid volume excluding bark) on standard pine and spruce saw logs.
Södra said it had large stocks at the roadside, at mills and in terminals, so would be introducing restrictive harvesting in March.
