Södra Timber has finalised the purchase of Swedish timber frame house manufacturer Trivselhus.
Södra, which had announced an agreement in July, said it had finalised the deal with Trivselhus’ parent company Ittur AB and the transaction will be completed on October 1 following competition authority approval.
Trivselhus has production facilities in Korsberg and Landsbro and employs 230 people.
