Söderhamn Eriksson has acquired the operations of fellow Swedish company Catech Saw Equipment AB.
Operations will be transferred to a new subsidiary of Söderhamn, with most of the Catech employees transferring to the new company.
“Right now the most important thing is to restart day-to-day operations as quickly as possible so as to provide spare parts and other after-sales services for the company’s many customers,” it said.
“Operations will be based as before in Ljusdal and Nyköping.”
The company CEO Ulf Bodare took up office on December 6.
