Norwich-based Aspect Roofing has supplied trussed rafters for major Premier Homes developments in the city.
The company has supplied properties on three Premier sites, each of which has between 70 and 80 houses.
Included in the contract were specially designed attic trusses to create rooms in the roof, which are an increasing part of the Premier offer to home buyers.
“In the case of Premier’s five-bed executive design, two of the bedrooms are in the roof space,” said Aspect’s Richard Hines. “The attic roof trusses spanned a total of 7.65m, creating space for two large rooms reached by a conventional staircase.”
