Bracknell Roofing Co Ltd, which works on projects for the likes of Redrow Homes, Bellway and George Wimpey, is now using John Brash’s JB-RED product for all its batten requirements.
Bracknell started using the JB-RED pre-graded battens in March but says it has been so pleased with the product’s performance that it will now only use JB-RED on its jobs.
Alan Chumley, Bracknell Roofing’s managing director, said the product offered the company consistency, quality and reliability.
“Our roofers can work with the added confidence that each of the individually strength tested battens will provide the safest possible working access environment possible,” he said.
John Brash said its pre-grading process involved high speed optical and laser scanning at more than 250m per minute, removing the need for “time-consuming and inaccurate grading on site”.
