Property solutions company Rok has announced the conditional acquisition of the south-east England-based construction company Llewellyn Group for £16.25m.
The deal includes the acquisition of Llewellyn Timber Engineering which is headquartered in Milton Keynes.
A spokesperson for Rok told TTJ the company had not yet fully reviewed its acquisition and no decisions will be made immediately.
Rok says its immediate task will be to restructure the Llewellyn Group’s operations and integrate them with its own. This will then be used as a platform to expand Rok’s construction, property development and facilities management activities across southern England.
