Pordenone Fiere has decided to launch a rival exhibition to ZOW, following the decision by ZOW brand owners to transfer the event to Verona from 2009.
The Pordenone trade fair company will host the International Show of semi-finished Goods, Components and Accessories for the Furniture Industry (SICAM) on October 14-17 in 2009
The show will occur just one week before the ZOW event in Verona (October 21-24, 2009).
ZOW said its contract with Pordenone Fiere had been due to expire following this year’s event.
“This step marks the logical consequence of the dynamic growth of the Italian ZOW show during the last eight years, which has been increasingly bursting the capacities of the present venue,” said ZOW organiser Survey Marketing + Consulting.
