Previously with the John Lewis Partnership, Mr Bell brings a wealth of valuable trading experience to the group.
He joined the John Lewis Partnership in 2005 and most latterly, in his role as head of transformation, he was intrinsic in establishing a new shared services division. Previously, he held the position of head of retail operations for the east of England and the Midlands, along with a variety of branch manager posts at Waitrose stores across the UK.
Prior to joining John Lewis, Mr Bell served in the Royal Air Force across several locations including RAF Wyton and RAF Alconbury.
Mr Bell said he was looking forward to the opportunities that working for Ridgeons would present.
