Independent timber and builders merchant Ridgeons Ltd has been re-awarded the Investors in People (IIP) standard.
The company, first awarded the standard in 1998, is described as having a ‘family atmosphere’ by IIP assessors, with staff becoming qualified in all areas of the trade and passing information onto customers.
Group managing director of Ridgeons Terry Parker was presented with the coveted plaque by IIP director of development Peter Russian at the company’s Cromwell Road branch, Cambridge.
