Mr Minns joined Ridgeons and the then Attleborough branch in 1989 from Avon Lippiatt Hobbs, where he’d been an HGV driver.
Rocklands operations manager Paul Cockerill said Mr Minns, or Minny as he was known, would be missed.
"We will greatly miss Brian’s friendliness, good humour and amazing timekeeping – always being the first to arrive at the branch. He was always really conscientious and hardworking," said Mr Cockerill.
Director Gordon Ridgeon said Mr Minns was a dedicated, friendly and very hard-working driver.
"He’s always been willing to go the extra mile and is very knowledgeable about our customers, which means he has been able to offer them an exceptional service," said Mr Ridgeon.
